With over 1700 lbs of free weights you can work on all of the muscle groups you need to. We also have many different weight machines.

If you are a morning person after noon or a night owl we are open 24 hours a day for your convenience. We have security cameras for your safety and protection.
Cardio
Whether your goal is to keep your heart healthy or to lose a few unwanted pounds. Our cardio area has all the basic machines to help you out.
FACILITIES
We are a small town fitness center with a big city feel. We have a good amount of cardio equipment which include treadmills, bikes, ellipticals and more.. We also have a weight area with over 1700lbs of weights, and multiple workout machines.
